Southwestern College's opponent in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics national tournament has been announced. The women's basketball team will play at 8:30 a.m. March 12 against Davenport, Mich.
Davenport finished its season 27-5.
Southwestern is 23-8.
If the Moundbuilders win, they will play the winner of the Concordia, Neb., and Union, Ky., game at 8:30 a.m. March 14.
The games are at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa.

Sterling College, which finished its season as Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference regular season champions and KCAC tournament champions, will play at 4 p.m. March 13 against Cornerstone, Mich. Cornerstone is 24-8.
Davenport stats
The Panthers are 10-2 at home, 14-2 away and 3-1 at neutral sites. In conference they finished 13-1 overall, were unbeaten on the road and went 6-1 at home.
They average 79.4 points a game and 43.2 rebounds per game. They average 41.6 percent shooting from the field, are 73.5 percent from the free throw line and 33.8 percent from the three-point line.
Their season opponents averaged 63.2 points per game and 42.1 rebounds per game.
