When a team approaches post-season play, it's hard to tell what will happen. Records no longer matter, and it seems as if everyone's on an even playing field with one thing in mind: It's do or die from here on out.

In a three-way tie for second place at the end of regular season

play, the men's basketball team received the fourth-place seed going into the Kansas Colhard-fought win in the end. During the Saint Mary game, both teams were ice-cold in the first half, but we started making

shots in the second, and it was nice to be able to do that on senior night, so you could get the seniors all out at different times."

Knowing that one loss could end a successful season so far can be both stressful and exciting

at the same time.

Bailey Silvers, freshman forward,

said, "I'm a little nervous but I think we can do it because we've done pretty well in the regular season. I think if we just keep our minds focused on the task at hand, we'll be okay."

Jarnagin said, "We're all really

excited right now because it's the very end and this is what we work for all season long."
